Shipping Policy

What is your delivery timeline?

Orders within Dubai are delivered in 1–2 working days, while deliveries to the rest of the UAE take 1–3 working days.
Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping through our website. However, international orders can be arranged — simply email us your location, and we’ll get back to you with the details.
What is your delivery fee?

We offer free delivery across the UAE with no minimum order charges.

Returns & Exchange

What is the return & exchange policy?

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, any requests made after this period cannot be processed.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. They should be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that return or exchange requests may be declined if the above conditions are not met.

Am I eligible for a refund?

If you’ve received the wrong product, the wrong size, or a damaged item, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Minor color differences from the product images are not eligible for a refund.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, a refund is possible, but delivery charges will apply.

Items purchased during seasonal sales are eligible for store credit only (non-transferable), and delivery charges will apply.

Please note: Cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
What happens after I place a refund request?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your return has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed after the product reaches our fulfillment center. Depending on your payment method, this may take 3–14 days.

  • Online payments: Refunds can be issued directly to your credit/debit card or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Cash on delivery / card on delivery: Refunds will be added as store credit. You can also request to transfer the store credit to your bank by contacting us at support@shopei8ht.com.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

To cancel or make changes to your order after payment, please email us at support@shopei8ht.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to assist you.
How can I pay for my order?

  • Cash on Delivery (UAE Only) - Additional fee of AED 10
Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, the amount you see on the product page is inclusive of VAT* (UAE only). There will be no additional charges at checkout.

Ei8ht pieces are crafted for a relaxed, effortless fit that moves with you. For precise measurements, please refer to the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit or choosing your usual size for a more tailored silhouette.
How & where are your products manufactured?

Ei8ht combines sustainability with local craftsmanship. Made from 100% pure cotton in the UAE, our small-batch, slow-produced pieces are designed to minimize waste, celebrate quality, and suit the UAE lifestyle perfectly.
How do I care for my products?

Ei8ht pieces can be hand washed or machine washed in cold water, then air dried. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to preserve the natural softness and texture of the fabric.
